How to know if the email I received is fraudulent?

We care about your safety and that of all our passengers, and we will never ask you for your LATAM Pass code or your credit card details by e-mail. Also, do not download programs as part of a promotion.

If you suspect that you have received a fraudulent email, we recommend that you verify the site to which the links direct you, placing the mouse pointer over them (without clicking). The browser will show you the real web address in the status bar or as a pop up. If the URL of the link is written in the body of the email, we suggest you copy and paste the text of the link instead of clicking directly. Also look at the extension of the attached files, we will never send you files with the extension ".exe". Remember not to share your email or personal data on websites, or to people who may make irresponsible use of this information.
