What is the validity of a Travel Voucher?

Due to the global situation regarding COVID-19, we are taking all necessary steps to give you more flexibility. Therefore, if your Travel Voucher was issued from 18 March 2020, you will have until 31 December 2021 to use it.

How to use a Travel Voucher?

Log in to your LATAM Wallet and choose the Travel Voucher option from the menu. You will see the Travel Voucher associated with your identity card.

Once you have the money charged in your LATAM Wallet you can use it as a means of payment to purchase flights, seats, baggage, fees and taxes, or request the withdrawal of money available by bank transfer, depending on the regulations in force in your country.

What do I do if I don’t find a Travel Voucher in my LATAM Wallet?

Enter the purchase of tickets of our classic version, choose your destination, date, flights, and when you arrive at the step "Passenger information", select in Others the option "I have a Travel Voucher and I want to use it in this purchase".
