If you want to choose a new date
- You can make a change at no cost in the same cabin as the original trip.
- You will be able to reschedule the new flight during the validity of your ticket *.
* Validity of the passage:
- If your original trip started between March 1 and December 31, 2020 , it is valid until December 31, 2021. </ span>
- If your original trip begins in 2021 , the validity is 12 months from the date of the first flight of your ticket. & nbsp; </ span>
- If you have already started the trip , you must complete the return no later than 12 months from your first flight.
If you prefer not to travel and request a refund
- You will receive a Travel Voucher that you can exchange for LATAM services or money. If you used your miles to redeem your ticket, they will be returned to your partner account. & nbsp;
In which cases do you have to call the Contact Center?
- If you want to change the destination: Call us < span style = "font-weight: 400;"> and we will help you with the change. If you choose a higher rate, you will have to pay the difference compared to the original one.
- If you have a hotel reservation or other LATAM Travel service: < / strong> Call us to modify your trip and avoid possible fines from providers.
