It is a program for passengers who agree to travel on a flexible schedule, in exchange for compensation and other benefits.
Passengers can register as volunteers when they receive an email with an invitation to be a Flexi-Traveler. Generally, this email is sent 24 hours before the flight, and only if volunteers are required.
How can I participate in the Flexible Traveler program?
If your next flight requires volunteers, we will email you an invitation to register as a volunteer, define the compensation you would like to receive and select the flight alternative of your choice.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can register as a volunteer?
Check-in on the same flight:
You can update your record as many times as you wish up to 2 hours before the flight, but we will keep your last compensation record and alternate flight.
Check-in on several flights:
There is no limit to the number of flights for which you can register as a volunteer. Please note that not all flights will need volunteers, so you will not always receive a registration invitation.
If I carry checked baggage, can I register as a Flexible Traveler?
Yes, you can check in. In this case, you must go to the counter for our staff to print the label that will carry your checked baggage, which will be on hold while your flight is confirmed.
What does it mean when my baggage is on hold?
It means that we will not put it on the plane until we confirm the flight you will be traveling on.
Can I regret of signing up as a volunteer?
Yes, when you arrive at the airport, you must inform the counter staff.
How do you select Flexible Traveler volunteers?
To select volunteers, eligibility criteria are applied according to the amount of compensation requested and availability of alternative flight seats, among others.
